If you have any area of your business where you anticipate spending time and money on outside recruitment assistance, we would like to talk with you.  An agency's contribution is usually limited to supplying only minimally qualified resumes; we can dramatically increase the value you get from that expenditure.

bulletYou do not pay per person hired; we charge for our time on an hourly basis.
bulletOur hourly rates range from $100 to $260 per hour. 
bulletWe bill for our services on a monthly basis.
bulletWe expect to be held accountable to your performance measures.
bulletYou may terminate the project at any time, take possession of the candidate network of information, and pay only for the time we have spent.
bulletWe are not a "commodity" supplier of resumes and minimally qualified candidates.  We are a value-added search consultant.
